senlin-lock implement

It seems that senlin-lock hasn't been fully implemented .
Also it will cause some problem such as lock can't be released and can't be stole.

I think the senlin lock is one of the most mature components in the service engine, although we still have gaps to fill if we are pursuing a distributed lock mechanism. The community wide DLM could be a basis for improvement, but that seems not the goal of this blueprint?
