Is this functionality nova provides? Or would it require historical tracking within Searchlight? That starts to step on the toes of ceilometer and other monitoring systems; we've consciously avoided retaining historical data to this point.

As you say, I understand that this plugin is not suitable for searchlight service concept.
I'm going to abandon this bp.
