Motivation

Due to the asynchronous nature of Searchlight, we need more than the unit and functional tests.
Description
=========
Investigate using Tempest tests for Searchlight integration testing. We will need to talk with QA and infra to determine how well Searchlight Tempest tests will play with OpenStack.
If Tempest tests are not the solution, are there other ways of performing integration tests?
