Add ES 5.x test job

We need to support ES 5.x and thus need a test job that runs it. This is easier to do now that Elasticsearch installation is done via a script in the searchlight repo but will need some infra work. We should be able to configure an additional job (py34, for instance) or possibly switch either the 3.4 or 3.5 job to use it.
