Crazy Wordpress Shortcode Stuff

As developer, I can add "shortcodes" which one can use in the whole website (Every editor an include). Those will be executed by a function registered by me (don't actually know how and where) To Add functionality virtually anywhere (Should work over the whole template, not only the editor.
