Add BB-Code like Plugin to editor

We like to add a BB-Code like plugin which displays possible BB-Codes
for the current Editor content (on the basis of menutypes) to be inserted
and parsed by the controller. Currently there's only the [MORE] code
for news, but with this plugin we could add more things and be even
more flexible for individual implementations using the editor.
