Twitter Stream (Teaser Widget, Page, Wall Mode)

As administrator, I can add a twitter stream from a specific user or one or more hashtags,mentions or just searches. To display vital information from twitter. The stream should show the newest tweets and refresh dynamically if there is something new. If nothing is new, we just show aloder tweets like they are new. This looks like a very living stream even though it isn't.
