Confined build needs a popup for confined directory

Registered by Jonathan Pelletier

The Ubuntu store build is confined to $HOME/.local/share/scriptor.newparadigmsoftware. The user needs both a first-run popup and a help button that shows this directory. A button should also be available to populate a script with this directory.

Also test if /usr/bin and /usr/local/bin executables are available, and the working directory we start in.

Whiteboard

The starting directory was our data directory in /opt, which is not writable. Current implementation has all commands execute from the confined share directory.

Currently the first boot help shows this information. Please add to the quick help popup.
