Deprecate GNOMEVFS in favor of GIO/GVFS

Get rid of GNOMEVFS (GNOME has deprecated this module) in core system and plugins. Use gio/gvfs for I/O, filesystem manipulation, mime-type checking and file monitoring. build 449 already use gio for loading and saving files. It's stable. Don't yet know how to handle errors. Little or no documentation is available. More testing and experimentation is needed.
