Screenlets

One project to keep 3rd party screenlets in

There are 3rd party screenlets kept all over the place (screenlets.org, gnome-look, etc). There should be a common project that includes 3rd party screenlets. It should keep all known 3rd party screenlets, keep their authors/maintainers as part of the development team. This will ensure that:
1. There can be made 3rd party screenlet packages that users can install
2. Faster development for individual screenlets, all developers can contribute code
3. Users won't have to search all over the place
4. Versioning (which version is the newest) is apparent
5. Users can use bzr to keep all their individual screenlets updated
