Scratch need to integrate some features in order to be a nice IDE:
Separate it into two modes (as it is done in Pantheon Photos)
* File preview mode :
- Simple view triggered by file opening.
- No tabs, one window per preview.
- No configuration available here.
- Research/Replace available.)
* IDE mode :
- Working in a workspace directory.
- Working with per-projects directories.
- Targetting C and Vala for default features.
- Support of Bazaar and Launchpad.
