Give ability to select types of brackets witch would be autocompleted

I'm writing C++ in Scratch, and autocompletion of '<' and '>' while stream in/out writing is very anoying. I recompiled this plugin for my personal purpose, without '<>', but I think would be great to add preferences (i saw there is such an option) where symbols can be choosed. This would make code-writing in Scratch more comfortable for those who write in different languages, other than Vala
