An option retain short lines; or suppress unwrapping to make long lines.

Some text editors automatically wrap long lines and some do not. When an editor which does not wrap long lines is used, the automatic unwrapping by scour, makes reading of the scoured file more difficult. This is particularly noticeable with an element with many attributes. An option, to keep line breaks unchanged or to suppress automatic un-wrapping, would be helpful. Thanks for your work, ...
