Facilities to modify timetables during schoolyear

Setting up a well defined timetable in schooltool is more or less doable. But timetables converging to the preferred setup during the first few weeks of a school year are not really supported.

You can perform operations like - change a teacher of a section, change section members, but operations like changing terms, school timetables, section schedules, resources assigned to activities are either not reliable, or outright impossible to do.
