Booking of resources for sections/activities

Currently there is no way to create new relationships between sections and resources through the scheduling UI. So you can say that this section is meeting some time on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is no way to assign a location or some other kind of resource to that set of meetings.
Most of code that handles this in the back-end is already in place. So it is mostly a UI issue. We need to come up with some UI for the task. Extend current section scheduling functionality. And remove resource scheduling view that is outdated.
