Redesign of Event User Interface

The user interface for an event in a calendar should be redesigned to provide a method for making all the UI features more obvious. The UI will do the same thing no matter where you're looking at the event, so clicking the 'delete event' button does the same thing everywhere, and there are ways to remove resources/add resources in the event.
This is a merging of SchoolTool bugs 88484 and 90189.
