Student Medical Information

In almost all school contexts, basic medical information about a student is important to have available; medical history, allergies, a medical logging ability so that a record of visits can be saved for staff to reference. I would propose that an additional, access-controlled page exists on student's records, similar to demographics, where this information can be registered. This will allow for fast medical access of information for students, production of reports based on data types (a list of allergic students and their respective allergies, for example), and an information trail detailing school interactions with a student.
