Gradebook CanDo Integration

Enable CanDo competency assignment scores to be integrated into the SchoolTool gradebook as an assignment. It would work like this:

1. User clicks on green "New External Activity" button located next to "New Activity" button in activities view of gradebook.

2. A new view with looks similar to the activities/Worksheet/+/addActivity.html view is launched. It has an entry field for assigning it a point value and linking it to a CanDo assignment through a drop down list.

3. The SchoolTool gradebook populates both the SchoolTool assignment and the scores for each student from the CanDo assignment (skill driver). The formula on the CanDo side is: (total points earned) / (3 * # of competencies). The SchoolTool assignment grade is this ratio * the point value of the SchoolTool assignment.

4. Clicking on the assignment label from inside the SchoolTool gradebook brings up an assignment edit screen with an "Update Grades" button on it. Clicking this button recalculates SchoolTool gradebook assignment grades from the CanDo competency assignment (skill driver).

Example: A CanDo Assignment (skill driver) named XHTML exists and includes 4 competencies. A new externally linked gradebook assignment is being created. Teacher selects XHTML from a drop down list. She gives the assignment 15 points. Students who has competency ratings of 3-3-2-1 recieves an 12.5 of 15 points on the gradebook assignment
