SchoolTool Class Scheduler

This tool will be used by guidance departments to help prepare the master schedule. Given student course requests, available time slots for classes, and other constraints, the Class Scheduler will determine a schedule of classes which maximizes happiness within the system. SchoolTool will pass the data to a timetable algorithm like Tablix or FET to do the actual computation, and retrieve the results.
