Custom report card
As per PDF in the full specification below
Two things to note:
1. The rank should be based on the total number of students in the subject section
2. For the smiley faces on attendance, the logical should be: more than 97% = happy face; 93-97% = neutral face; less than 93% = sad face
Additional points on the top section as I just wanted to make sure it was totally clear:
* Logo on left hand side should be there permanently - do you need a graphical image or do you have this from before?
*Term / Year - fill from schooltool
*Name - fill from schooltool
*Form - fill from schooltool stream ticked for attendance as discussed
*Birthday - fill from school tool
*Status box: template only - not filled in
*Rising Academy Tengbeh Town - fill in from school tool name, the first two words "Rising Academy" should go on the top then "Tengbeh Town" in this case below
*Signature line and academy manager - template only

Fran: Ooh interesting! Please would you give one quote for just printing the PDF with no text editing and a second quote for allowing text editing and then saving the file (I imagine this might be less complicated than I initially thought in terms of preparing the template but more complex in terms of how you save / reedit the files etc)
Douglas: a few questions:
1. What filters do we need for this report card? In the PEAS version we use Term, Level and Stream (with All by default) and what should be the sorting of the students in the PDF?
2. In the header, what's the value of the Form: row?
3. In the Academic performance section, what's the value of the Class: row?
4. Are we going to allow text editing on sections 3 and 4? Or just on 4?
5. If the rank is based on the subject section, are we still going to display the row at the bottom of section 1. (Total number of students in JSS1 = 100)?
6. Do you need a per-student version of this too?
Fran:
1. Same filters as PEAS (term, level, stream - with all by default). For sorting, please sort by class, then stream, then name
2. Form = the attendance stream (the box ticked to say attendance group from the list of streams)
3. Class = stream for that subject (subject section enrolment)
4. No text editing - just the template with the sections 1, 2 and student information filled in is fine and everything else will be done manually on paper.
5. Yes, this would be total number of students in the year group overall. So it's Total number of students in this level
6. Please provide a quote with and without the student version
