Editing "Student ID"
Option to edit student ID, with “Site Manager” permission level. Some students have a temporary ID that changes to an official government ID in a later year and so they need to be able to make changes. Occasionally there are also errors when a student is initially set up. Data needs to stay with the student but can you please make it possible to edit?

We may need to add a separate government ID demographic field. Changing the login is a problem, but the government doesn't know or care what kids are using to log in.
Fran: But then when you generate a report, it should be with the student ID that everyone recognises... Could we not just make it a bit tricky to change - i.e. only site manager has permission and a pop up comes up (like the delete pop up)?
