Do you mean the numeric data, or graphs?

Tasks (this assumes no styling, color coding, term comparison or dynamic legends):

- Add a "Export as XLS" under the Print action in the dashboard view

- Produce an xls report containing:

* 3 sheets, one for each tab in the dashboard

* The Enrolment sheet has 3 tables (one below the other) replicating the number of students and capacity tables. There is a third table for streams with two columns: title, students.

* The Attendance sheet contains 4 tables (one below the other) replicating the students and teachers % present tables. There are two additional tables for the "% present by week in current term" data, each containing two columns: week, % present.

This sheet replicates the print view logic when it calculates which term to show.

* The Assessment sheet has as many tables (one below the other) as terms in the year displayed to show "% students achieving 50 % or higher".

The PEAS version contains an additional table for showing divisions data with 4 columns: level, % all, % female, % male.

The PEAS version also replicates the print view logic when it calculates which term to show.

* Each sheet shows the "Last updated" date and time.

Estimate: 12 hours.

Chat:

Douglas: this story should be done *after* the "Skip subjects with no data" story.

Fran: Hold off on this for now - PEAS may come back to this
