Need a column which allows teachers to write a comment next to students for particular test (i.e. an activity). e.g. “Student absent and took different test 5 days later”
Initial thoughts: maybe when adding an activity an additional comments column also appears… Or have a checkbox in the activity form to indicate if you want to create one so it is not always there.
