Extra gradebook scoring system
Implement the ability to have a second gradebook scoring system which would apply to different classes. It would need % boundaries, level and colour coding for the reports

Douglas: this is the workflow I propose:
1. User adds a regular gradebook score system (School -> Score Systems -> Add: Score System).
2. In the score system page (for example on Extended Letter Grade) we add a "Set Color Code" action for picking colors based on the values defined using a widget like http://
3. In the Score Systems view, under Customize, we add a "Level assessment report options" (or a better label) that takes you to a view with rows for each level and a dropdown to select which score system to use in the assessment reports for that level (similar to Customize: Journal Score Systems).
Obviously, we would also need to change these assessment reports to use this feature:
- Assessment: Basic classroom report
- Assessment: Basic classroom report (ABSOLUTE SCORES)
- Assessment: Student - MORE DETAIL
- Assessment: Student report
- Assessment: Student report - year detail
Fran: This sounds good to me. I can't see any issues here
Hold off doing this as we don't have the budget for it
