i proposes we break the system up into these parts:
(fixed) database, containing info on students/
(dynamic) timetalbeing, info about lessons events, meettings ect.
payrole, this makes use of a timetable and the database.

a users authentication layer, that manages data and only shows permitted data.

some java script to check users imput ect.
