Improve the online administration of the bots

Currently, much of the control code is repeated in each feature and there is room to make it much more automated and cut back on code repeating.
This would make it easier to add features and mean there are less areas to introduce bugs.

Make it so that the common controls that are a part of nearly every feature do it generically. This might be done using a composite pattern or something.
