Add a non-blocking DNS resolver

Currently in Network::IP, all DNS lookups are performed with getaddrinfo(). This needs to be replaced with a non-blocking method so during normal operation this is not able to block. For the time being client modules should resolve at startup, or if connections need to be made while running, use IP addresses only.
