Need a full year of building call for participations

since doing every other month, need to have a staggered set that is separate for calls for participation. They ned to be filed for every even month.

Ok, here is what has to be done:
make a task for every month for 2011 with a task to make CFP...title them like:
scale-cfp-2010-01
scale-cfp-2010-02
scale-cfp-2010-03
etc
and just put bare minimum and then the ideal date for this to happen, like a monday-wed for these...great if they are regular...then as the month gets closer, then will fill more info about....this is a management task. needs to be done asap!
