Intermud 3+ Router

The original I3 network laid the ground work for LPMuds (and other mudlibs that can simulate MudOS MUD sockets) to communicate with each other. Even with the limited specifications available a solid network has been established. I intend to extended on the current network to include new features and the possibility of connecting several routers together to form an inter-router network.
