Search and Select Records in CSV

Searching and selecting rows from a CSV document is one of the primary features of Santoku, as these selected rows can be used to create new documents, cropped documents, etc.

The following selection options should exist in a select menu or sub menu-
    * range (1 to 4, 20 to 200 skipping 2, etc)
    * invert
    * all
    * none
    * odd/even
    * matching
    * programmatic

The search facilities need to include a basic search (simple matching with optional patterns) used from the document toolbar, as well as an advanced predicate search that can create a complex search pattern. The following search methodologies should exist:
    * Simple (toolbar) search -> document scoped
    * Predicate search -> boolean (Mail.app-esque) predicate constructor with variable scope (matched in exact column, etc)
    * Format based search (date in column B, etc)
    * Programmatic search
