Generic Jingle binary streams

Libjingle (http://code.google.com/apis/talk/libjingle/index.html) already provides a few applications (file transfer, voice call).

However (in the Unix tradition of easily remixable simple ingredients) it would be nice to make just the basic abstractions available, i.e. PseudoTCP binary streams, with interfaces familiar to Mozilla/XPCOM programmers (nsIInputStream, nsIOutputStream), and leave to them design of more complex applications.
