To support the salt formula for "Keystone" till Liberty release. It will involve following changes:-

1. Instead of python-keystoneclient package (referred to create the tenants, users and roles etc.) python-openstackclient will need to be referred. Accordingly, instead of creating tenants, project needs to be created.
2. Changes in DB connection string.
