Update Salasaga to be multi-lingual
To internationalise (i18n) and localise (l18n) Salasaga.
Initially using GNU gettext and Launchpad, but may additionally use other tools as well if they provide solid benefit(s).

End to end testing

(2008-08-10) Done. Initial en_AU and en_GB localisations have been created in Launchpad, downloaded, then added to the "po" subdirectory of the ide source. After compilation and installation, Salasaga is returning the localisation appropriate to whichever locale is set. Yay!create some localisations (i.e. en_GB, en_AU) and test that things are working end to end.
