Add support for the delete key to remove the currently selected layer or slide

As pointed out by Vadim Peretokin, when the delete key is pressed while focused on a layer, that layer should be deleted.
We should add support for that, and also support for the delete key to remove the presently selected slide if that's the focus item.

Pressing the delete key now removes either the selected layer or slide, depending upon which area of the GUI has focus (film strip, timeline, workspace area, etc).
It will be included in 0.8.0-Alpha 6, and is also included in the latest development snapshot available here:
