Add more documentation to saiph

Currently, there is not very much overall documentation as to how saiph works. Some new people interested in developing saiph have asked for some sort of "Guide to Saiph" that explains how saiph works. An introductory guide would be helpful and should familiarize the reader with the framework of saiph (Analyzers, Actions, Events, etc).
