Hadoop 1.1.2 replacement to 1.2.1 in Vanilla Plugin

Vanilla Plugin in Savanna 0.3 should have new up-to-date stable release of Apache Hadoop. The current one is 1.2.1.
This needed because:
1. To have an ability for Savanna to work with the latest stable Hadoop release;
2. To fully support data locality feature for Swift and HDFS. There were a lot of improvements in 1.2.1 related to topologies and block replications like replication blocks in separate physical machines.
