Remove spark 100 support

Spark 100 support was deprecated in Liberty, marked for removal in Mitaka.
At this point spark 100 is in the way of removing extra classpath args for the jackson-core-asl jar in the Spark standalone plugin. The args are not needed for spark 131 and 160. We should go ahead and remove spark 100 now so that we can also drop the handling of the jackson jar.
