Refactoring cdh plugin

The plugins CDH have many the same code and it leads that extending CDH version harder and the code is difficult to read and modify. This change proposes to reduce the redundant code and make easier to extend new CDH version. According to PTG ,the version 5.0.0, 5.3.0 and 5.4.0 will be removed.
