Add ability to specify instance name template

Customers could have policies over instance names. We should give ability to control that.

Question from potential customer:

I notice when I provision a cluster, it names the instance names as clustername_typeofworkload like mg-test01-manager-001. For active directory, we have limitation of 15 characters.. is that something under our control?
