improve sahara share lib for running edp jobs

Oozie share lib is used for running edp jobs, if many jobs use the same third party lib, we can put the lib on the HDFS by creating a job binary, and let the oozie.sharelib point to the path, with oozie share lib, we need not to bundle duplicate third party lib into job jar file. But currently, oozie share lib is not well known and can be hardly used by the users, so I think we can make it less oozieness and more friendly for the users
