HDP Plugin should support Hue
The HDP Plugin should support the deployment of Hue (that is a part of the HDP distribution). This only applies to HDP 2.0.6 and beyond, not HDP 1.X.
To enable Hue support in the HDP 2.0.6 plugin, the plugin needs to be updated to:
1) Allow a user to select Hue as a component in a node group template
2) Ensure that 0 or 1 instance of Hue is installed in a cluster
3) Ensure the dependent services are installed in the cluster
a) Hive
b) Oozie
c) WebHCat
d) Yarn
4) Ensure the following components are installed on the same machine as Hue
a) Hive client
5) Update relevant configuration files to enable Hue
a) core-site
b) hdfs-site
c) webhcat-site
d) oozie-site
6) Install Hue package using system appropriate package management facility (currently only supporting CentOS)
7) Build and install the Hue configuration file (hue.ini) using information obtained from the cluster specification
8) Optionally, set up the administrative Hue user - if not set, the first user attempting to log in will set the administrative user's username and password
9) (Re)Start Hue to ensure the latest configuration is being used by Hue
