Add existing node group template support to guide

The guided mode for cluster creation currently only supports cluster creation by way of creating new node group templates.
This blueprint exists to expand the cluster guide to include an option to choose an existing node group for each of the node group template sections (master and worker).
Another button will be added to each section that will bring up a form that allows the choosing of an existing node group template. Those buttons will be hidden if there are no existing node group templates.
