[EDP] Resources for job

It may be used some additional resources for MR, Pig and Hive jobs. Savanna should allow user to upload them to use during job execution. All these resources will be stored into job-specific hdfs directory in /lib sub-directory. Each additional resource will be a JobBinary object. Information about all job-related resources will be stored in JobOrigin object. A new field will be created for this purpose.
