Move the EDP examples from the sahara-extra repo to sahara

The sahara-extra repository contains EDP examples which are duplicated in the integration tests for Sahara. If we move the EDP examples to the Sahara repo, we can eliminate the duplication and take a step toward simplifying our repo structure at the same time. After moving the EDP examples, the sahara-extra repo will contain only the hadoop swift fs patch.
