[UI] Provide support for S3-based data sources

The Sahara dashboard needs to support S3 storage as a data source option. The S3-based data sources can then be used for input/output for running EDP jobs.
Implementation of this will include tests for creating the new data sources as well as testing jobs that use S3-based data sources (also jobs that may use S3 storage as input but another option as output).
