It should provide system level HA. So even if a component fails during Hadoop provisioning, the system should be able to complete the Hadoop provisioning without defect or error.

[SL]: It depends on Sahara architecture that we'll apply. The current idea is separation to sahara-api and sahara-engine. Additionally, it requires some state-machine like management of cluster creation steps. We have some plans to discuss it and find the correct approach (complexity vs. reliability).
