Support ceph via cephfs

There is a hadoop ceph driver (https://ceph.com/docs/v0.86/cephfs/hadoop/) that uses cephfs instead of rados gateway. Supporting of ceph via cephfs could give more flexibility for Hadoop clusters. From the other hand objects stored in cephfs will not be visible from Swift.
