Align Savanna dependencies versions with corresponding dependencies from OpenStack

Savanna should align it's dependencies with OpenStack.
By the release of Savanna 0.3 we should be able to run Savanna on controller node with Grizzly installed. This means that dependencies of Savanna should not conflict with dependencies of other OpenStack components.

Problems I faced so far:
* Flask - is not used by other OS projects
* pycrypto2.6 - other projects use pycrypto 2.0.1
* jsonschema - Savanna relies on newer version
