Add HDP images to savanna-image-elements

Custom elements need to be added in order to generate VM images that support the Hortonworks HDP provider. This work involves the following:

1. Create custom elements under savanna-image-elements to handle the installation of the Hortonworks Data Platform.
2. Create a new shell script that can be used to generate the HDP-specific images. This shell script can re-use the existing script already in place for the "vanilla" Apache provider.

I've implemented these changes, and will be submitting a patch request sometime over the next few days.
