Add services support into CDH

We can add Flume, Sqoop, Sentry, SOLR, Key-value store indexer, Impala services support into CDH plugin. We can use cm_api first_run to do most work. Work left to sahara is correctly setting the service dependencies, process setup validations, meta db creatings, and some special pamameter changes..
